ECP Group established in 1988, is a Water Engineering Company based in Ipswich, operating throughout East Anglia and the Southern Counties, offering a nationwide service and providing an extensive range of services and related products for Agricultural, Commercial, Domestic and Industrial Clients.

Rory Dalzell the founder of ECP Group gained his extensive knowledge of pumps and Water Engineering during his initial training & working practice in the UK and then venturing further a field to North Yemen, Nigeria & Bermuda. Often faced with a lack of resources and a desperate need to establish a water supply for villages and communities, who previously had never enjoyed the availability of clean fresh drinking water, he was able to put to good use and furthermore expand his knowledge of Water Engineering.

His son Maxwell Dalzell (Max as he prefers to be called) has followed in his father's footsteps. After completing a full 5 year Water Engineering Apprenticeship, he has gained extensive hands on knowledge in all aspects of the industry and is now taking a more active role in the general day to day running of the company, but specializing mainly in the water treatment division.
